Ingersoll Avenue Streetscape

This project, to be completed in autumn 2007, is expected to act as a catalyst for development in an already dynamic commercial and entertainment area. Bold swaths of plantings with four season interest will help to encourage pedestrian traffic by separating fast moving vehicles from pedestrian areas. Streetscape improvements will include sitting areas, pedestrian lighting and place-defining signage.
