Broken concrete slabs from the building previously located on this site were used to create a garden walkway and seat walls. A linear trough captures storm water runoff from the roof of the building and conveys it though the garden to manage and improve onsite water quality. These space defining features animate the garden and help to demonstrate to the public how the principles of Low Impact Development and sustainability can be applied to create beautiful places.
