A new conference room is flanked on both sides by garden spaces that serve as informal places to reflect, eat lunch or hold functions. Staggered seat walls and patterned paving suggest an erosion of human influence as one moves closer to an adjacent wetland. In rain events, roof water drains from scuppers into decorative retention pools that function to manage storm water and improve onsite water quality.
